The mechanical hook type grab beam has a similar main structure to other mechanical grab beams, consisting of a grab beam body, a door slot guide mechanism, a positioning device, and a hook. The double hanging point mechanical hook type grab beam structure is shown in the figure.
The grabbing beam body is generally composed of two channel steels in a "" shape, which are connected by steel plates to form a whole. The guiding mechanism is set at both ends of the grabbing beam body, matched with the gate slot. Generally, a sliding block and a pair of rollers are set on the upstream and downstream sides respectively, and the roller is on the same side as the main wheel of the gate in the direction of force. The distance between the rollers on both sides of the guiding mechanism is the same as that of the gate being opened and closed, so that the grabbing beam can fall or be opened and closed synchronously with the gate.
